Oil on 12"x12" canvas. "Z" stands for Zaila. She is a wonderful child, the daughter of Matthew and Phyllis. I have enjoyed painting her very much over the years and I am grateful to know her. This painting is finally done. There was something bugging me about it and last night I tried a different green and it was the thing! It feels right now and for me it is all about feeling.
