Scotty is an old guy, almost 20! He belongs to my friend and fellow artist Joan Dunning. I met Scotty the other day and I was immediately inspired to paint him. His markings are fabulous, all hung on a very fragile body, he was much skinnier than the painting portrays. Such love.
